Coconut Chutney Recipe

Ingredients
  • Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Fried gram dal/pottukadalai - 3 tbsp
  • Green chillies – 3
  • Salt  
For the seasoning
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Mustard – 1/2 tsp
  • Urad dal - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves few
Preparation
  • Now put grated coconut, chilli, fried gram and salt in the mixer grinder and grind by adding little water until smooth consistency.
  • Use oil, mustard, urad dal and curry leaves for tempering.
    Ready to serve South Indian special Coconut chutney recipe with dosa, idly and chapathi.
