Paneer Capsicum Mint Fry Recipe

Ingredients
  • Paneer cubes - 2 cups
  • Capsicum – half
  • Big onion – 1
  • Chilli powder - 1tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Butter/ghee – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – ½ tsp
  • Gram masala – 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves – few
  •  Salt to taste
To grind
  • Green chilli – 2
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Curry leaves – few
  • Garlic - 4
  • Mint, coriander leaves - handful
  • Cumin – 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes - 1 small
Preparation

  • Heat the pan with butter/ghee, add paneer, capsicum, onion till slight colour change and keep aside. Grind all the above grinding Ingredients smooth paste.
  • Heat the pan with oil, add the grounded paste chilli powder, coriander powder and Curry leaves saute till raw smell leaves out.
  • Now add the fried paneer, capsicum and onion, sprinkle few drops of water and cook in low flame for 3 mins,
  • Finally, add garam masala, Saute well for 10 seconds and off the flame.
  • Serve as a side dish for chappathi and dosa…
  • Spicy mint flavor paneer capsicum fry is ready to eat.
