Crunchy moong dal keerai poriyal Recipe / Greens recipe

Ingredients
  • Keerai - 2 bunches 
  • Moondal – 2 tbsp
  • Small onion - 6 (chopped)
    Salt to taste
For seasoning
  • Mustard seeds -1 tsp
  • Red chillies -2
  • Hing - a pinch
Preparation

  • Wash keerai (greens) well and chop finely.
  • Heat the kadai add oil, Mustard Red chillies Hing, onion, chopped greens and add moondal.  Mix well and add 1/4 cup of water and salt.  
  • Cook well in a low flame until get dry. Now the crunchy moondal keerai poriyal is ready to serve.
  • Serve with sambar rice, rasam too and even you can serve with chappathi too, it goes well.
